29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a- Building 1, Backside of Building facing Vaughn Drive, West Windsor NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards when working from an elevated man lift basket of an articulated boom lift while not using a full body harness attached to an anchor with a lanyard or other approved means. Condition observed on or about 10/26/23.
