29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a - Building 7, Pacific Drive, West Windsor NJ:  While installing boot covers and applying caulk at/around roof vents, a worker was not protected from falling when walking and working from the residential structure's pitched roof while wearing a full body harness that was not attached to an anchor with a lanyard or other approved means.  As such this worker was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 25 feet to the ground below.   Condition noted on or about 01/11/24.
