29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a. Parking lot located at 4080 Woodcock Drive - DCF Building 4080, Jacksonville, FL 32207; On or about October 26, 2023, the employer exposed two employees to fall hazards, in that the employees did not utilize safety harnesses attached to basket.   The employees were being exposed up to a  17 feet fall hazard.
