29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a) At the construction site, on or about November 3, 2023, a JLG SkyTrak forklift (Model: 8042 T4F) was used to support a scaffold platform that was not designed by the manufacturer, exposing subcontract employees to fall hazards.
