29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  On or about November 07, 2023, during a plastering project on a commercial jobsite located at 5702 Royalton Rd, North Royalton, OH 44133, the employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site where employees were working from the basket of a JLG Model 460SJ aerial lift and exposed to fall hazards.

29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  On or about November 07, 2023, during a plastering project on a commercial jobsite located at 5702 Royalton Rd, North Royalton, OH 44133, the employer did not ensure employees working from a JLG Model 460SJ aerial lift was wearing and utilizing a body belt (harness) and lanyard attached to the basket of the aerial lift.
