29 CFR  1926.501(b)(15):Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  Location; Worksite  On or about November 7, 2023, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet to the concrete floor below while stepping off an extension ladder onto an unprotected corrugated steel edge to access the roof.
