29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: On or about 1/24/2024 and the days previously, Metal Flex Sales facility located at 2932 Elm Point Industrial Drive in St. Charles Missouri had a bench grinder that had 1.25 inches gap of setting between the work rest and the rotating grinding wheel.
