29 CFR 1910.1020(e)(2)(i)(A)(1): A record which measures or monitors the amount of a toxic substance or harmful physical agent to which the employee is or has been exposed was not furnished to that employee:  a)	USS Kearsarge:  On or about October 23, 2023, the employer failed to provide a copy of the Paint Metal Analysis Report requested by an employee prior to the removal of paint and welding operations.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
