29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) At 1602 San Dunes Rd, Santa Rosa Beach FL: On November 7, 2023 and at times prior thereto; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR  1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l) and as referenced by the note contained in 1926.602(d):    a) At 1602 San Dunes Rd, Santa Rosa Beach FL: On November 7, 2023 and at times prior thereto; the employer allowed his employee to operate a forklift without completing a forklift training program that met the requirements of OSHA standard 1910.178(l) powered industrial trucks exposing employees to crushing and struck-by injuries.
