29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket, were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket, or were using planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position. (a) Worksite - new addition rear of the building at 165 Dillabur Avenue, North Kingstown, RI 02852: On or about 11/16/2023, an employee was exposed to fall and struck-against type hazards from standing on the guardrail of a JLG aerial lift, while stepping out of the lift and onto a steel beam.
