29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) On November 30, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not ensure that all persons who operated vehicle-mounted elevating and rotating work platforms, such as the Ford F-550 Versalift TEL-29 Telescopic Aerial Lift, donned a harness or body belt and lanyard attached to the boom or basket while installing holiday lighting. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
