29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not have a program that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) Job site, 1009 North Boundary Lane, Cranberry Township, PA: On or about December 5, 2023, the employer did not ensure that an appropriate system was in place to identify and correct safety issues at the site. Deficiencies noted during the inspection included, but were not limited to, subcontractor staff failing to comply with minimum federal safety standards for fall protection and excavation safety.
