The employees were exposed to the hazard of falls ranging from 10 feet to 20-foot to the ground.  Empire Roofing Sales and Service, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1407053, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on December 27, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2309 Somerset Road, Jacksonville, FL 32210.
