29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:  On or about December 11, 2023, workers were performing framing activities on the fourth floor of an apartment building without the use of a fall protection system, exposing workers to a fall hazard of 6 feet or more.  Hull Associates, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1522336, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/12/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 13100 Avery Ranch Blvd Austin, Texas 78717.  Hull Associates, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1493123  citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/01/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 5629 N. Lamar Blvd Austin, Texas 78751.
