29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  On or about December 15, 2023, on the east and the west sides of the roof for a structure under construction located at Lot 44 on Ashfield Drive in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, employees performing plywood/sheathing installation work on the roof of a residential structure were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet while not being protected from falling to the lower level.  Rosser X Carpentry Services Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1640027, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/20/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 9000 Terzi Way in Port Saint Lucie Florida.
