Location: 350 Meadowlands Parkway, Secaucus NJ 07094. a) The employer failed to ensure exit routes remained free and unobstructed. Employees were blocked access to an exit door where the employer placed stanchions and cords across the exit doorway to prevent its use by employees. Violation was observed on 12/19/2023.
