1926.503(c)(3) The employer did not retrain affected employees who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section: a) Jobsite, 116 James Drive Leesport, PA: On or about January 10, 2024, employees were observed performing roofing activity on a low-slope roof without the benefit of a fall protection system, exposing employees to a fall of approximately 30 feet to the ground below. Corrected during the inspection, no abatement certification or documentation required.
