1926.503(c)(3)  The employer did not retrain affected employees  who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate  understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section:  (a)  533 Hollander Rd, New Holland, PA:  On or about July 15, 2025, three workers were engaged in roofing activities on the roof of a two story residential building in excess of 18 feet above grade with no method of fall protection being utilized.  Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
