The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided:  a) On or about 01/11/2024, and at times prior, in the car wash facility located at 5550 Post Oak Boulevard, Wesley Chapel Florida 33544, employees were exposed to slip and fall hazards in that standing water was on the floor of the equipment room/back tunnel.
