29 CFR  1918.22(b): The hand rails on the gangway or turntable were not kept taut at all times.  Port of San Diego, M/V Franbo Logic, Berth 10-4: On and/or before January 16, 2023, employee(s) were conducting cargo load operation(s). The gangway hand rail leading up to the fourth step was not kept in a taut condition. Movement of the floating vessel can cause movement of the gangway, thus increasing the possibility of workers to falling from the gangway or being injured by a moving gangway. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to fall hazard(s).
