29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.  a. On or about January 17 2023, at the jobsite: employees were exposed to an approximate 18 foot fall hazard while operating a Genie Z-80 aerial lift (N69156) to paint the fascia board of the second story building, in that, fall protection was not used.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):  The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s)  a. On or about January 17, 2024, at the jobsite: employees were exposed to chemical hazards, in that the employer did not have safety data sheets readily accessible to employees painting facia using Glidden 100% Acrylic semi-gloss GL6811 series paint.
