29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement and maintain at the workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g) and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):  a.) 935 Churchtown Road, Narvon, PA - Facility Wide - Employees were using chemicals including, but not limited to, oils/lubricants, adhesives and paints. The employer did not develop, implement, or maintain a workplace written hazard communication program, on or about January 22, 2024.  b.) 935 Churchtown Road, Narvon, PA - Facility Wide - Employees were using chemicals including, but not limited to, oils/lubricants, adhesives and paints. The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet(s), on or about January 22, 2024. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
