Employee(s) performed abrasive blasting of marble and granite monuments using a Marco Sand blaster, paired with a quartz-containing blasting agent (StarBlast?) in a job-made enclosure without local exhaust ventilation, which exposed them to health hazards of respirable crystalline silica (RCS). (a) Kulinski Memorials workshop at Sacred Heart Cemetery 1096 Millstone River Rd., Hillsborough Township, NJ.  Chemical(s) used/handled by employee(s) in the shop included diesel fuel used for shop equipment and naptha for cleaning stone monuments; each presenting respiratory health hazard(s) along with the flammability and skin / eye irritant properties.  Plastic jugs containing these chemicals were found stored for use in the shop without any labels as to their identity or hazard(s) information.  Condition(s) were noted on or about 1/25/2024.
