29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   Instance A)	On or about January 26, 2024, employees performing carpentry work were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 24.8 feet when sheeting the northeast section of the roof.  Instance B)	On or about January 26, 2024, employees performing carpentry work were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet to the inside of the building and approximately 24.8 feet to the outside of the building when installing rafters.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.  This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
