29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(4):Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed:  Worksite (155 Shove Street, Fall River, MA): The employer allowed a fold-out step ladder to be improperly used as access to a roof peak.  Workers laid the folded ladder onto the roof and climbed the rungs while carrying bundles of roof shingles to access the roof peak.
