Before performing servicing and maintenance tasks, the chip bin steam was not shutdown, isolated, and verification of isolation was not completed before entering the C10 area. Employees were exposed to Hydrogen Sulfide, resulting in loss of consciousness, rescue, and emergency medical treatment.
