29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(3)(i): The employee training did not include the methods and observations used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical in the work area:   a) Pipeline Video Inspection, LLC DBA AIMS Companies; 100 West Center Street Johnsonburg, PA 15845-C10 Conveyor/tunnel area- on or about 1/25/2024 and times prior thereto:  Not all employees were provided with effective training on hazardous substances encountered at the worksite or the method to ensure proper training onsite. Employees entered a work area with high levels of Hydrogen sulfide, leading to an exposure incident involving rescue and medical treatment of multiple employees.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation.  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. IN ADDITION, abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic, or video evidence or abatement or other written records.

Pipeline Video Inspection, LLC DBA AIMS Companies; 100 West Center Street Johnsonburg, PA 15845-C10 Conveyor/tunnel area- on or about January 25th, 2024 and times prior thereto: Not all employees were provided with effective training on the physical and health hazards of the hazardous substances encountered at customer locations or the method to ensure proper training onsite. Employees entered a work area with high levels of Hydrogen sulfide, leading to an exposure incident involving rescue and medical treatment of multiple employees. Pipeline Video Inspection, LLC DBA AIMS Companies; 100 West Center Street Johnsonburg, PA 15845-C10 Conveyor/tunnel area- on or about January 25th, 2024 and times prior thereto: Not all employees were provided with effective training on necessary measures to ensure employees are protected from chemical hazards encountered at customer locations or the method to ensure proper training onsite.
