29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) On or about February 7, 2024, at work site: employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet,  in that they were allowed to work on top of the concrete walls of building 8 without fall protection.

29 CFR  1910.178(l)(4)(iii): An evaluation of each powered industrial truck operator's performance was not being conducted at least once every three years:   a) On or about 2/7/2024 at worksite: Employees were exposed to struck by hazards in that an employee was allowed to operate the JLG 6042 Telehandler who hasn't been re-evaluated since 3/3/2020.
