This condition exposed employees to shock hazards.  (b)Wilson Trailer Company at 415 East Oriole Avenue, Lennox, SD 57039: On or about and at times prior to February 7, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from shock hazards involving a power cord that had electrical tape covering the inner conductors which powered the control pedestal for the 200-ton Pacific Hydraulic Press. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
