This condition exposed employees to amputation and crushing hazards.  (c)Wilson Trailer Company at 3602 Broadway Avenue, Yankton, SD 57078: On or about and at times prior to July 8, 2024, the employer did not ensure that the point of operation on the Trumpf TrueBend 5320, serial B0509A0437 was adequately guarded when operated in safety speed/mute mode.  This condition exposed employees to amputation and crushing hazards.  (d)Wilson Trailer Company at 3602 Broadway Avenue, Yankton, SD 57078: On or about and at times prior to July 8, 2024, the employer did not ensure that the point of operation on the AccurPress Advantage 300, Serial A1864 was adequately guarded when operated in safety speed/mute mode.  This condition exposed employees to amputation and crushing hazards.
