29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a) Jobsite located at 600-640 Perth Place Philadelphia, PA 19123 - The employer did not provide a training program for each employee conducting roofing operations from the roof of a three-story residential building, and exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet, in the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards.  Condition noted on or about February 20, 2024.

Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b):  a) Jobsite located at 600-640 Perth Place Philadelphia, PA 19123 - The employer did not ensure employees conducting roofing operations from the roof of a three story residential building, approximately 30 feet above the ground level, were protected from falls by the use of a fall protection system.  Condition was observed on or about February 20, 2024.
