29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator:  At the workplace located at 1420 Shelden St. El Dorado, KS 67042, employees conducting patient care activities at the assisted living area of the facility are exposed to health hazards in that the employer had not provided a fit test for employees required to use respirators prior to use. Employees are required to wear Makrite Sekura-N95 and Nitta Series 9510-1 N95 filtering facepiece respirators when conducting patient care activities inside patient rooms who have tested positive for COVID-19.
