29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:  a) 84 Mayfield Road (Mayfield Condominiums), Bedminster NJ 07921   Employee(s) worked replacing the shingle roof atop a sloped roof of a two-story multi-family residential building without body harness(es) connected to safety lines as part of a personal fall arrest system; nor was any alternate fall protection measure(s) in place, such as guardrail or safety net systems.  Working atop the two- story sloped residential roof without full complement of personal fall arrest system equipment in use exposed employee(s) to hazard of falling from a height of 19 feet.  Condition(s) were noted on or about 2/26/2024.
