29 CFR  1926.403(b)(2):Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification.  a) 98 E. Penn Dr., Enola PA:  On or about February 29, 2024, employees engaged in hanging drywall, were exposed an electrical shock hazard when utilizing removable power taps that were daisy chained.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
