(a) Personnel shed, WM Barr bulk liquid offload dock: On or about 03/13/2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to shock and explosive hazards in that a flexible cord was run through a doorway for use inside the shed, exposing it to damage from sharp metal edges in a metal building, in a wet environment, where highly flammable liquids are offloaded on a metal dock platform.
