At 8 Telfair Road, Savannah, GA 31415 in the process line preparation area: On or about April 2, 2024, and at times prior to, the employer did not keep surfaces free from accumulation of hexavalent chromium in that hexavalent chromium was detected at levels of 0.422 ug and 0.325 ug on the handrail and table, respectively, exposing employees to hexavalent chromium hazards.
