29 CFR  1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered:   71 Auburn Street: On or about March 21, 2024, employees conducting tree removal operation were not provided with the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) in that:    1.  The chainsaw operator did not have any eye protection while operating a chainsaw to remove trees.    2- Tow employees working on the ground moving large tree sections suspended above them were not wearing head protection.
