29 CFR 1926.761(b): The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.761: On or about 2/19/2024, at the worksite located 8725 West State Road 78, Moore Haven FL 33471, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 18-foot 7-inches while engaged in the erection of a steel building's metal roof without proper training, as evidenced by, among other conditions; employees lacked knowledge of fall protection requirements as applicable to steel erection activities; employees lacked knowledge of the use, performance criteria and operation of personal fall arrest systems, etc.
