29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(2): An initial determination was not made to determine if any employee might be exposed to lead at or above the action level:  a) On or about April 3, 2024, in the Sealing Department, the employer did not determine the airborne lead exposure level for employees that operated CNC lathe machine to process bronze materials containing lead.
