29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):  On or about 4/4/2024, at 926 Old Dixie Hwy, Vero Beach, Florida.  a.  Employees were exposed to an amputation hazard while working with a vertical band saw (i.e. Grob Inc. Model 4v-36, s/n 1844) that guard was placed at 3 inches above the material being cut.  b.  Employees were exposed to an amputation hazard while working with a drill press (i.e. Central Machinery, Model 12 Speed, s/n 366852115) that lacked a guard on its point of operation.  c. Employees were exposed to an amputation hazard while working with a milling machine (i.e. Bridgeport, Model Spindle Speeds, s/n J-74107) that lacked a guard on its point of operation.
