29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) New residential construction located at 4050 Harvest Moon Ct, Cumming, GA 30028, Roof: On or about 04/16/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 23-feet, 2-inches to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities.
