29 CFR 1910.36(g)(1): The ceiling of an exit route was not at least seven feet six inches (2.3 m) high and/or any projection from the ceiling reached a point less than six feet eight inches (2.0 m) from the floor: a) Blending Room - On or about May 2, 2024, an employee was working on the blending platform and the employer did not ensure the exit route was at least seven (7) feet, six (6) inches high, exposing the employee to potential burns and smoke inhalation hazards due to restricted emergency egress. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
