OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to electrical hazards:  a.  On or about April 19, 2024, and at times prior to, at grow houses, circuit breaker panels were not marked to indicate what each circuit breaker controlled.  Employees may operate circuit breakers to reset electrical power to equipment or do maintenance work.  b. On or about April 19, 2024, and at times prior to, at grow houses, ground fault circuit interrupter protection was not provided to electrical outlets that were within 10 feet of water faucets and open surface water barrels installed with electrical pumps.  Employees used water barrels for plant watering.  c. On or about April 19, 2024, and at times prior to, at grow houses, multiple electrical outlets and light switches lacked faceplates and were used by employees to power equipment or operate light fixtures.    d. On or about April 19, 2024, and at times prior to, at the house patio, multiple extension cords were plugged into each other to power to overhead lights where employees took work breaks.  e. On or about April 19, 2024, and at times prior to, at greenhouses, junction boxes were not used to secure spliced electrical cables that powered wall mounted exhaust fans where employees performed watering operations.

On or about April 19, 2024, and at times prior to, at an exterior door to the house, employees used opened-sided stairs with no handrails and no stair landing where a screen door opened over stair treads.
