29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  On or about April 22, 2024, on the exterior of a newly constructed commercial building located in New Waverly, TX, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while framing and moving material  from an Snorkel TB60 aerial lift without wearing a harness with a lanyard attached to the basket.  GUILLERMO FLORES VAZQUEZ DBA FLORES COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD CFR 1926.453(B)(2)(V), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1613625, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 12, 2022, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 7920 FM 1960, HUMBLE TX 77346.
