29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: (a) Service shop - northeast side; On or about April 22, 2024, in a service bay, a fire extinguisher was impeded by a used engine oil container and was exposed to potential engulfment in the event of a fire caused by the ignition source (WEN Model: BG4280 / Serial: 12500201015 bench grinder), combustible source (used engine oil), and accelerant (oxygen cylinders), all proximate to the extinguisher.

29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(i): Oxygen cylinders were stored near highly combustible material, especially oil and grease; or near reserve stocks of carbide and acetylene or other fuel-gas cylinders; or near other substance likely to cause or accelerate fire; or in an acetylene generator compartment: (a) Service shop - northeast side; On or about April 22, 2024, in an automotive service bay, oxygen cylinders, labeled both full and empty were stored next to a container that held used engine oil, as well as a WEN (Model: BG4280 / Serial: 12500201015) bench grinder, capable of producing sparks, potentially resulting in the ignition of a fire.
