29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorage points used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not independent of any anchorage point being used to support or suspend platforms and capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kn) per employee: On or about April 24, 2024, and at times prior to, employees engaged in commercial framing at heights greater than 6 feet. The rafter 2X4 used as an anchor point was not capable of withstanding 5,000 pounds of force.
