29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a. On or about May 2, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, eight (8) feet above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.  b. On or about May 2, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, eight (8) feet two (2) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.

On or about May 2, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting roofing operations were not provided training on how to minimize fall hazards, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with falls.
