29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  Worksite located at 760 NW Shoal Creek Parkway, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to possible eye injuries while using pneumatic nail guns and radial saws and were not protected from impact by the use of safety glasses.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  Worksite located at 760 NW Shoal Creek Parkway, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working and walking on the roof and deck levels and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.
