29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):   a.) Fostermation, Inc. 200 Valleyview Drive Meadville, PA 16335 Secondary Department, on or about April 03, 2024, and times prior thereto: Employees are exposed to hazards associated with unguarded point of operation at the Flat Dye machines. The knurling machine #FD2 does not have guarding to prevent employees from contacting the point of operation.  b.) Fostermation, Inc. 200 Valleyview Drive Meadville, PA 16335 Secondary Department, on or about April 03, 2024, and times prior thereto: Employees are exposed to hazards associated with unguarded point of operation at the Flat Dye machines. The Waterbury Flat Dye Machine #FD1 does not have guarding to prevent employees from contacting the point of operation.
