29 CFR  1904.41(a)(1)(i):The establishment had 20 or more employees but fewer than 250 employees at any time during the previous calendar year, and the establishment was classified in an industry listed in appendix A to subpart E of this part, and the employer did not electronically submit information from OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee by the specified date:  a) Hoge Lumber Company located on or about May 15, 2024, at the location of 701 South Main Street, New Knoxville, OH 45871: Employer failed to submit the company's OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses, for the 2023 calendar year to OSHA's Injury Tracking Application (ITA). The employer has an average of 30 employees at that plant requiring them to submit the OSHA 300A information to OSHA by March 2, 2024. Failure to keep updated logs and providing the documents to OSHA could inhibit the employer from identifying trends related to occupational injuries or illnesses at their workplace.
